Processing Time
At FrameWorthy.com, we pride ourselves on our efficient service. Custom frame orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. We strive to ensure your frames arrive promptly and in excellent condition.
Shipping within the US
We offer flat rate shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. For addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO addresses, an additional shipping fee will apply. Unfortunately, at this time, we can only ship to the United States and Canada. However, we are actively working on expanding our shipping options to include Mexico and other international destinations soon.
Size Limitations
Please note that large frames, defined as any frame where the combined width and height exceed 50 inches, must be shipped to a physical address. We are unable to deliver large frames to PO Boxes. Additionally, some larger frames may incur an oversize fee. In such cases, a notification will appear during checkout, and the fee will be automatically added to your shopping cart.
